This is a one time payment. The license can be used for an unlimited period of time on the domain mentioned on the order form. The domain modification is free or charge and is done on the client's request.
Starting the license order date, you benefit of free Support Services the first year. After the free period expiry you benefit of the Support Services only in return of a yearly tax of $100. The license purchase and use is not conditioned by the Support Services package.
With the license you will also receive the iPhone and Facebook Applications. Please fill in the domain name for which you intend to purchase the license.
Important - please take into account that the script is encoded using Ioncube Encoder in order to avoid alteration and unauthorized use of the source code. Therefore, you cannot modify the source code. If you need to adapt the script or to customize it in order to fit your needs, this will represent additional costs.
Design implementation - We can create a custom display theme for your website: homepage, properties listing and property details pages. The template must be provided as html/psd files or as an archive if the template was purchased from another website. The implementation will be charged based on the services complexity and the amount of time required by the development.
