Online Rent Owned license - The owned license involves a single purchase and includes the following:

One installation of the software, under one domain name

Twelve months of technical support

The license to use the Online Rental software is yours, without any renewal obligation whatsoever

Online Rent unlimited properties licence (ORU) - This type of license allows you to use an unlimited number of properties or Online Rent 10 properties licence (OR10) - The 10 properties license allows you to use only 10 properties.

Online Rent Leased license (ORL) - Online Rent licenses can be leased monthly. A leased license includes the following:

One installation of the Online Rent application, under one domain name

Technical support for as long as your lease is active

Access to upgrades (future releases of the software) for as long as your lease is active

The Online Rent license for your installation is only yours for as long as your lease is active

Online Rent Leased to own license (ORLO) - The leased to own license allows you to split your expense in several small monthly payments (8 months). A leased to own license includes:

One installation of the software, under one domain name

Technical support during the lease and additional six months of technical support after you complete the payment

After the payment is completed, the OnlineRent license is yours, without any renewal obligation whatsoever

PROPERTY DEFINITION: one property means one booking unit (villa, house, apartment, hotel room) for which you have a booking (availability calendar) no matter how many identical units you have.
