Booking management
The options available in the bookings management area are: approve, decline, delete, send reminder, edit, modify final price, add deposit.
When a reservation is made, the property owner will receive a notification email.
If the profile allows him, he can approve/reject the reservations otherwise the administrator will manage their bookings.

Instant bookings
|
|
The administrator and the owner can choose to manually add a booking by using the option available within the script administration area. The booking calendar available within the administration area allows the user to select the period, then finish the reservation process by entering the client details.

Advanced reservation management
|
|
The advanced reservation management system gives the owner a maximum flexibility when handling the booking procedures. Because in each organization the work-flow and document flow related to reservations may be different the ARM allows:
- the definition of stages/steps for the booking management process (at owner level).
- definition of actions inside each stage/step (the actions can be mandatory or not, trigger the execution of other defined actions).
- the association of actions with user defined email messages and the possibility to email documents.

Payment gateways and new integrations

Depending on the client needs, new payment methods can be implemented. 19 payment processors are implemented into the system. The payment methods try to cover all payment areas through the used methods: wire transfer, check payment, cards, etc.
We also offer our customers the possibility to use their own payment gateway by integrating it into the script as a custom modificaiton.
Each property can have a certain deposit (amount) to be paid by a client when a reservation is done. Depending on the administrator/owner choice, the deposit (percentage or fixed amount) can be set to be paid within X days and the balance within Y days before the arrival.
